About Us

Sweet Violet Farm grows specialty cut flowers on the farm Violet grew up on in rural West Virginia.  Her parents farmed and loved the land and taught her to do the same.  Violet and her husband Clyde have a desire to improve the land while making it a little more beautiful.  They implement sustainable growing practices including cover cropping, crop rotation, composting, drip tape irrigation and rainwater collection.
